Apostle Victor Abugo was born on March 22, 1967, in Issele-Azagba, Aniocha North, Delta State, Nigeria.Pastor Abugo got again at the Assembly of God Church Surulere-Lagos Nigeria, in March 1989, and received the Mandate into the Ministry after two separate Divine encounters in a night vision he had on 22 March 1990 November 11, 1990, and the Lord said to him, “Son l have called you as an Apostle to the nations to proclaim my Liberty to the Captives".Ever since He has ministered the gospel of Jesus Christ to the nations with mighty signs and wonders.On August 7, 2005, he founded the Liberty Christian Center in Monchengladbach Germany. Apostle Abugo is happily married to Pst (Mrs) Bola Abugo and they are blessed with four children, Joshua, David, Daniel, and Joyce, and all his children are also serving the Lord in the Ministry
